Due to the school redevelopment project, we are going to have to change a number of our End of Year events and procedures. We will endeavour to keep you informed as new information and decisions are made.
- Last day of the school year will by Friday 13th December. School will finish at the normal time of 2:30pm.
- We will be moving into the new school over the weekend of the 13th (Starting at 2:30pm), 14th and15th December 2019.
- The Year 6 Graduation Assembly will be held on Monday 16th December at 11:00am at Waiheke High School. Year 5 and 6 students are expected to attend.
- Families will be able to tour a classroom in the new school on Monday 16th December 2019 between 1:00 and 2:30pm.
- Demolition of the old school will start on Monday 16th December.
The first school day for 2020 is Monday 3rd February. Please refer to the following webpage for our 2020 term dates. https://tehuruhi.school.nz/dates-and-events/term-dates/ The office will be open from the 28th January 2020.
Please note that the entire old and new school site will continue to be a construction site for the duration of the Christmas holiday period. This means that the school grounds, swimming pool and playgrounds will not be available for the community to use.
